Confirming Orders

Order confirmations will be generated at Emrich Designer Cabinetry and emailed back within 24 hours of our receipt of your completed form via email. If for some reason (email went to junk, etc.) you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours please give us a call at 912-800-3925.

All orders are pending and will not be processed until the orders signed confirmation is emailed back to orders@emrichcabinet.com and paid for by the customer. Unless a ship date is listed on the confirmation the product will ship according to the Emrich Designer Cabinets lead time at the time of payment and confirmation.

Inventory indicated on quotes is current as of the time of quote, until the orders signed confirmation and payment are received the inventory is not reserved.

Additional fees will be incurred by the customer if an order is cancelled or modified after the signed confirmation and payment are received.

Damage and Missing Product Claims

At the time of delivery ALL MISSING PRODUCT MUST BE NOTED ON THE DRIVERS MANIFEST/PROOF OF DELIVERY. A signed complete delivery manifest indicates a complete order was received and no additional product will be supplied without a new order and payment.

ALL DAMAGE TO PRODUCT MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PRODUCT. To claim damage, the customer MUST submit photographs, a description and a claims form via email to contact@emrichdesignercabinetry.com within the allotted 7 calendar days of receipt of product.

A PHONE CALL DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A CLAIM.

If a claim is not filed within 7 calendar days of the receipt of product and claim cannot be filed and items will not be replaced.

Any and all damage must be reported prior to assembly or installation. Any assembled, partially assembled, installed or partially installed product will not be replaced.

Ordering Procedure and Details

Placing an Order

Please use the web site to place your orders. The options available are for Emrich Designer Cabinetry (EDC) to assemble the cabinets for you or RTA and whether you wish to have the product shipped or picked up.

Design Programs

At this time there are no design programs available with Emrich Designer Cabinetry as a choice. We are currently working with a design team and anticipate a late 2026 entry into 2020 and Prokitchen systems. In the mean time, designs can be achieved utilizing alternate lines with standard box sizes.

Custom Paint

Custom painted orders are available upon request.
