Shipping Policy

Lead and Delivery Time

Most orders will ship within 1 to 4 business days of confirmation and payment. Time of pickup orders will be quoted at time of confirmation and payment. Assembly will add 1 to 5 business days (depending on size of order) to shipping times and pick up orders.

Job Site and Residential Deliveries

Job site and residential deliveries are available. These deliveries will be to the tailgate of the delivery vehicle. The customer is responsible for the unloading from the tailgate to their planned location within the site or home. An additional fee of $95.00 will be added to all job site and residential deliveries. Packing and shipping material are the customers responsibility and Emrich Designer Cabinetry will not remove from the premises. Special circumstance deliveries will be quoted on an individual basis. An additional fee of $350.00 will be incurred should the delivery arrive at the site or residence and no one is there to unload or receive. Drivers will wait fifteen minutes for any late arrival after such time will return the product to the warehouse and new delivery date will be established after the payment of the “no show” fee.

Emrich Designer Cabinetry is perfect for your Bahamian, Caribbean or any international project. We offer Exporting of product upon request.

Carriers and Delivery

Emrich Designer Cabinetry will ship product via common carrier, Fedex, UPS and Emrich Pro vehicles.
